By downloading, accessing, or using the Egregor mobile application and related website services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access the platform.
2. User Accounts & Registration
To access the app services, you must register by completing our selection flow and authenticating via Google Sign-In. You agree to provide accurate registration information and keep your account details secure.
3. User Responsibilities & Conduct
As a member of the Egregor Collective, you represent and warrant that you will use the services in a lawful manner. You are strictly responsible for all activities and content published under your profile.
You agree not to engage in pitching, spamming, harassment, intellectual property theft, or remote solicitation of other founders inside the private directory index.
4. Account Suspension & Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account and revoke your access keys at any time, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms of Service or our Community Guidelines, or if your conduct degrades the privacy and dynamics of the collective.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
All materials on this website and in the mobile app, including logos, designs, custom icons, text styling, software binaries, animations, and structures are owned by Egregor Collective and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
6. User Content & Licensing
You retain ownership of any text, images, coordinates, or audio clips you post in the app. However, by uploading content, you grant Egregor a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to store, distribute, display, and process your content to run the services.
7. Third-Party Integrations & Firebase
Our platform uses infrastructure services from Google Firebase (Firestore, Realtime Database, Storage, Messaging) and LiveKit. By using our platform, you acknowledge and agree that your data is processed through these secondary systems.
8. Fees and Selection Process
Egregor is currently free to apply and join. We review all applicant profiles and coordinates manually to preserve the high-signal dynamic of the collective.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
Egregor is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including the completeness of location data, connectivity speed, and meetup safety.
10. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Egregor, its founders, or operators be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, metrics confidentiality, offline meetups accidents, data loss, or platform downtime.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Egregor and its operators from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or demands arising out of your violation of these terms or misuse of location/discussion channels.
12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi, India.
13. Severability & Entire Agreement
These Terms, along with the Privacy Policy and Community Guidelines, constitute the entire agreement between you and Egregor. If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions will continue in full force.
14. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page and become effective immediately. Continued use of Egregor constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
